Spring is right around the corner. Over the next couple weeks we will be sharing information about some of the plants we like to use. Today’s plant is the Purple Pixie Loropetalum. With its dwarf size and weeping habit, Purple Pixie is a very unique plant. It grows only 1 to 2 feet tall by 4 to 5 feet wide. It’s a great choice for a ground cover, accenting or a border plant. It is versatile enough that it can also add vibrant color to hanging baskets, window boxes, and other containers. Showy pink flowers combined with rich purple foliage makes this plant really stand out!
